FAQ

What you’ll want to know first

What does an agent cost at SoloSuite?

Setup starts at €3,000 one-off – covering the stack check, setting up your environment, data migration and the first agents. Monthly support is added by scope. You get both as a fixed price up front.

Why pay monthly on top of the setup?

Agents and systems need running: updates, backups, monitoring, changes when your processes change, and a contact person. Support replaces the IT position you would otherwise need.

When does an agent pay off?

As soon as the work time it frees up is worth more than setup and support. The calculator above shows the order of magnitude; in the stack check we calculate with your real numbers.

What happens if we stop?

Your data is yours. You get it exported in open formats, and we help with the transition.

Where does our data live, and is AI trained on it?

Your data lives in its own environment on servers in Germany. We do not train models on your data.
