Analytics — cookieless and first-party

We measure how this website is used with a self-hosted, first-party system. We record the pages you view, the page you came from (referrer), campaign parameters (UTM), time on page and scroll depth. We do not set analytics cookies and we do not store your IP address. Visitors are counted using a hash that is derived from technical request data with a secret and rotates daily — it cannot be traced back to you and cannot follow you across days or websites. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, analytics are disabled entirely.

Waitlist & newsletter

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the page and campaign you signed up from, and the time of signup. We use double opt-in: you receive one confirmation email, and only after you confirm will we send you launch updates. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) a GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us; your address will then be removed.

Waitlist contacts are managed in our self-hosted CRM on our own infrastructure in the EU — your data is not handed to a third-party marketing platform. Confirmation emails are delivered via our transactional email provider.

Server logs

Our web server keeps short-lived technical logs (requested URL, timestamp, status, truncated technical metadata) to operate and secure the service (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact: webmaster@solosuite.tech.
